Shimla: Extending an invitation for a dinner to be hosted by Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Speaker BBL Butail on the penultimate day of the current budget session, the speaker asked all ministers and legislators to join him for the evening where he would be hosting a dinner for all members of the house.
As the budget session has been one long affair for it opened up on 12th March, agriculture minister Sujjan Singh Pathania intervened saying that since the long session was coming to an end, could the members bring their spouses and children along for the evening feast.
Speaker Butail was quick to reply that all spouses were welcome but at the same time requested, “Please do not bring mistresses in place of spouses for the dinner.
