Gurgaon, April 11 (IANS) Five people were arrested here for attacking Indian National Lok Dal district president two days ago, police said Thursday.
Two pistols and cartridges were recovered from the accused, police said.
Dinesh, Narender and Naveen, residents of village Dhanwapur, Jitender, a resident of Garhi Harsaru, and Pawan, a resident of Rajendra Park, were arrested for attacking Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) district president Ramesh Dahiya.
Dahiya, a resident of village Dhanwapur, was attacked, his car damaged and house vandalised by the attackers, police said. His condition is out of danger, police spokesperson Subhas Boken said.
