Eight die in Pakistan blast

Islamabad, April 13 (IANS) At least eight people, including a woman, were killed Saturday when a passenger van blew up in Pakistan’s Peshawar city, a media report said.

The deafening explosion took place in Matni Bazaar area, Geo TV reported.

Twenty passengers were on board the van when the blast took place.

The dead and the wounded have been taken to Lady Reading Hospital.
