Boston bombings’ suspect dead: police

Boston, April 19 (IANS) A suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings is dead, while a second one is still on the loose, the police said Friday.

“One suspect dead. One at large,” Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis said on his official Twitter account, adding the fugitive is armed and dangerous, Xinhua reported.

Three people were killed in two successive bomb blasts Monday at the finish line of the historic Boston Marathon.
