Two Chinese students beaten to death

Beijing, March 29 (IANS) Two children died after being severely beaten by a primary school employee in China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, authorities said Friday.

The incident happened Wednesday in the dormitory of a private school in the city of Yulin when an employee allegedly hit and critically injured the two students, Xinhua quoted sources as saying.

The two fifth-graders died after being taken to a hospital, the sources added.

Police have detained the suspect.
