Chandigarh: Punjab Congress president Partap Singh Bajwa today appointed Sukhpal Singh Khaira as the chief spokesperson of the party in the state. 
A press communiqué of the party stated that these appointments had been made to streamline and revamp the working of Pradesh Congress Committee.
Khaira has been assigned the job for his consistent and dedicated contribution to the party, the release stated.
The state party president also appointed Fateh Jang Singh Bajwa as general secretry and S. Rajanbir Singh, Rajinder Deepa and Ashok Chaudhry as secretaries of the Punjab Congress.
