New Delhi (IANS) Veteran actors Rishi Kapoor and Paresh Rawal are set to share the screen space after almost two decades in Sanjay Chhel’s untitled movie.
They were last seen together in Rajkumar Santoshi’s “Damini” in 1993.
Both the actors have an important role in the upcoming film, a comedy with a romantic track that revolves around the two actors’ kids.
“For the film, I had written both the characters with them in mind. Once they heard the script, both of them readily agreed. The best part is that both are super excited to work with each other,” Chhel said in a statement.
The makers are still looking for a male and female lead, where the girl will play Paresh’s daughter and the boy will play Rishi’s son.
To be produced under the banner of Bholenath Productions by Bharat Patel in association with Anil Bohra and Janak Shah, the film will go on the floor as soon as the leads are finalised.
