Shimla: Tremors of light intensity rocked parts of Himachal Pradesh Monday but there were no reports of casualties or damage to property, the weather office here said.
An earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale was recorded at 4.19 p.m., Meteorological Centre director Manmohan Singh told.
The epicentre of the quake was at Uttarkashi in Uttarakhand, he said.
He said the tremors were felt more in Shimla and Sirmaur districts.
