Chamba: The famous week long International Minjar Fair of Chamba concluded with much traditional and religious fervor today with concluding ceremonial procession which started from Raj Mahal to the banks of Ravi river to immerse “Minjar” (Golden tassels) in a traditional manner into the river. Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal, Chief Minister led the procession.
