Shimla: The Shimla-Kangra National Highway 88 has been blocked for heavy vehicles due to landslides at Shalaghat, about 36km from here. Large boulders and mud on the road has obstructed the path for heavy transport vehicles and buses. Small vehicles, however, are able to get through.
