Shimla : Dhairya Sushant , son of BJP rebel leader and Kangra MP Rajan Sushant on Tuesday joined the Himachal Lokhit Party (HLP) as president of the HLP’s youth wing .
This announcement was made at the HLP’s rally in Kullu by the party president Maheshwar Singh who introduced Sushant , 29 , to the public .
Maheshwar said Sushant will head the youth wing of the newly formed HLP formed some days ago by some senior ex BJP leaders who left the party accusing the Dhumal led government of promoting rampant corruption in the state .
In the last few days many BJP workers have left the party to join HLP which could emerge as the third alternative in the state ahead of the assembly polls later this year .
