Shimla : The Himachal cabinet will meet on Dec 15 in Shimla , earlier the meeting was slated for Dec 14 , sources said .
This is seen as a significant meeting and some important decisions could be taken ahead of the winter sesion .
The state’s winter assembly session starts on 19 December in Dharamsala .
