Hamirpur : A Himachal Pradesh court has announced an imprisonment to man for three months and a fine of Rs 10,000 for a bounced cheque .
The court in Hamirpur also ordered in case the fine isn’t paid the jail term will be extended by another 15 days .
In 2008 Kehar Singh made a cheque payment of Rs 3 lakh to Rajesh Kumar but the cheque bounced , despite repeated requests when Singh failed to make the payment Kumar moved the court .
