Shimla : The weather man did a u turn Thursday saying rain will take place at many places of Himachal Pradesh, barely hours after a forecast said the weather would remain mostly dry in the entire hill state this week.
The latest forecast issued around noon said rain has been forecast at many places in the milower and middle hills.This change is mainly due to a western disturbance over Jammu & Kashmir and neighbouring areas.
