In a fit of rage a man allegedly shot dead his son in a village in Himachal Pradesh’s Sirmaur district,police said.
The incident took place in Chuli village close to the popular tourist spot of Renuka lake Wednesday some 140 km from the state capital Shimla.
Local newspaper reports said an argument took place father and son, the son then slapped his father.This enraged the accused Ranbir Singh,65 who fired at his son Shamsher Singh,37 killing him on the spot.
Later he surrendered to the police.
