Well seems like good initiative by State Government but My Himchal should come out with the list of people who got these projects and procedure followed by state government. Did any time Government tried to promote these Projects with Non resident Himachali’s living in India and abroad. And most importantly credentials of people who got the projects their background as they will be making money from Himachali resources.
There is very interesting case how Danish Government allots Wind Energy Mills to its citizens. Hope Concerned Authority in Himachal also takes some lessons.

Vishal, a tough task. To get the list either we need to file RTI application or connect to govt departments which you can also understand is very difficult. I wish HP govt is transparent and list all these details on a website or at least reply to queries like these. HP is a small state and under huge debt and trying very hard to come out of RED. A message to govt officials: getting more and more loans from World Bank and ADB is not going to change the situation, if you are transparent and open for progressive investment then there are enough avenues and via MH we can open many doors but so far the attitude of HP govt is like a Big Boss with no money in pocket. Amazing 🙂
