Shimla: On being elevated as Vice chief of Army Staff, Lt General AS Lamba called upon chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal on Monday with his spouse on Monday.
Lt General Lamba, who headed ARTRAC here thanked the chief minister for the cooperation rendered in maintaining best of civil and military relations. The chief minister wife Sheela Dhumal was also present on the occasion.
