24 died in a bus accident in Himachal

Shimla: The numbers of deaths have increased to twenty-four from seventeen in a private bus accident which rolled down into a 100-metre deep gorge near Bhawana, about five kilometres from Sundernagar in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh at around 7.15 pm in the evening, according to sources.

Nine injured people have been taken to civil hospital Sundernagar and also zonal hospital Mandi.

Officials said that the bus, traveling from Bilaspur to Sundernagar, was carrying 35 to 40 passengers when it met with the accident.
