One website which Himachal Govt need to update on priority is the HRTC website. This is one of the widely referenced website by travelers coming into Himachal and looking for bus information. HRTC needs to take their own domain, out of the himchal.nic.in domain and also need to update the bus time tables on their website. The information is all outdated and incorrect most of the times. e.g.. a bus route from Delhi – Ramur is shown departing Delhi at 1345 hours and reaching Rampur at 5.30 am. That is more than a 15 hours journey!! As per time table this bus leaves Shimla at 4 am and reaches Rampur at 5.30 am in just 90 minutes.
Wrong information on this site is a blot on HRTC name. High time HRTC updates their site
