Shimla: A devastating inferno consumed the two storyed house of Prem Singh Mehta of Chitrari village in Kotkhai tehsil on Saturday evening. The 12 room house was reduced to rubble, police said.The loss has been estimated at Rs 20 lakh, he added. Cause of the fire could not be immediately ascertained.
