KUMARHATTI: The CPI has flayed BJP government’s decision to scrap the Administrative Tribunal. Mr. Jagdish Bhardwaj, the President of AITUC said here today that Dhumal led government has backstabbed the state public by scarping the tribunal. At present 23,000 cases of government employees were pending with tribunal to which government has not paid any heed, he asserted.
The decision would hit the government employees hard as it was a bolt from blue for them, he pointed out. In its manifesto the BJP had rather assured to strengthen the tribunal by opening its new bench at Dharamsala, he maintained.
But rather to honor its own commitment the government has fraud the public, he alleged. The state people has now started to recognize real face of BJP who first enhanced bus fare, then increased power tariff and now the scarping of tribunal, he remarked.
