Copper wires stolen

KUMARHATTI:
Unidentified robbers have struck in a unit at Jharmajri near Baddi last night and stole copper wires worth in lakh of rupees. As per information available three-four people entered the unit at around midnight by crossing the walls. They reportedly shut down the light of upper storey of unit.

They were challenged by the unit’s two security guards when latter noticed them carrying the wires outside from unit.

The robbers thrashed Mr. Roop Singh and Sunny Kumar the security guards before to disappear in darkness. The injured security men raised the alarm but not enough to trace down the robbers. The police have registered a case.
