JAWALAMUKHI : Harish Kapoor, State General Secretary of the Himachal Youth Congress was arrested by the local Police today, DSP Dehra, Sita Ram told newsmen here.
He was absconder in a criminal case of attempt to murder. He was arrested at Shimla in Himachal High court last evening, when he was trying to get bail.
A case under section 143, 146, 323 & 307 was already registered against him, few weeks back.
