KUMARHATTI: The tragedy struck a family at Baddi today when its three year boy was killed after hitting a crossing truck on Baddi- Barotiwala road near Baddi today. Ishu the deceased was trying to cross the road after buying something from a roadside shop. As his mother was standing opposite of shop on the other side of road, Ishu made brisk attempt to cross road. He could notice the truck coming from Baddi side and hit its back side safety pipe with a bang.
Shishu was rushed to PGI, Chandigarh but he died on the way. The truck was impounded by police. A case has been registered. The deceased father, Ram Kumar hailed from Jagadhari in Haryana. He was engaged in an industrial unit at Baddi. The family was residing in a rented accommodation at Baddi.
The heart rending scene has witnessed at Ishu’s house with mother was totally inconsolable of tragedy. She was repeatedly crying his son name.
