Shimla: The winter session of Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha started today at Tapovan near Dharamshala.
The state Governor V.S. Kokje delivered an inaugural address and Chief Minister Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal greeted the newly elected Speaker Tulsi Ram in the Vidhan Sabha Session.
The Chief Minister also exchanged greetings with the former chief minister Virbhadra Singh and newly elected Congress legislative party leader Vidya Stokes.
