Resident doctors working at Dr RPGMC Tanda were releived before the completion of there tenure of 3yr ,whereas there is an acute shortage of resident doctors at TMC,adversly affecting functioning of college. On the one hand govt. Is giving 75:25 reservation to GDO doctors on the other hand govt.not allowing them to complete there tenure.whereas doctors appointed under same policy at IGMC has been allowed to continue .Different norms for the two colleges of the state
