The Director, DIPR, Himachal Pradesh, Dinesh Malhotra and the Director, Photo Division, Debatosh Sengupta at the inauguration of the three day workshop on Media Communication, Role of Digital Photography and its Digital Management from 11th October to 13th October 2007, organised by the Photo Division, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting in collaboration with the Directorate of Information and Public Relations, Govt. of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla on October 11, 2007.
Dinesh Malhotra, Director,HP Information and Public Relations welcomed the guest faculties and the participants came from across the State. Mr. malhotra said that photography is truly the most useful and powerful universal language transcending all boundaries of race and nationality and for effective communication, the PR professionals and others in the field of journalism should acquaint themselves regarding various advancement in the field of photo journalism.
