Nahan: According to Paonta police, Bhagwan Singh alias Rinku [21] resident of village Baya Kuan under Paonta Sub Division has been allegedly kidnapped from his village. He was missing since July 5, last, according to his family members.
Police has registered a case under section 364 IPC, two police teams had been dispatched to raid the possible hide outs of the kidnappers. Family members of Bhagwan Singh had named four of his friends in the complaint filed with the Paonta Police.
Sources said that there was an altercation between Bhagwan Singh and his four friends on some issue related to money transaction on 29th of June. His family members said that after he went missing on 5th of this month they searched for him at different destinations but failed to locate him. Shubhra Twari, Dy SP Paonta had expressed hope that the case would be solved very shortly.
