A Tempo fell down into 500 meter deep gorge near Soja in Achharu Nalha in Kullu district today.
Eight persons are reported to have been killed while five others injured, out of which two are serious. The two serious injured persons have been referred to Zonal Hospital Kullu and other injured admitted in Banjar Hospital as per information reaching the State Headquarters.
On receiving the information of accident, Abhishek Jain, Deputy Commissioner, Kullu, P.R. Verma, SDM, Banjar alongwith police, Home-Guards and medical team rushed to the accident site to supervise relief and rescue operation.
