Kullu: Resident of Dhara village in the valley, twenty one year old Neel Chand died on Thursday as he attempted a solo paraglider flight near Dobhi area (19 Km from Kullu), on the right bank of Beas river.
District police chief Shalini Agnihtori said the nearby villagers tried to save the paraglider, but he succumbed to his injuries. The paraglider attempted a solo flight from the Dobhi area but fell down the valley from the take off that left him fatally injured.
A case has been registered, said Agnihotri.
