Chamba: A person shot to death at a village Ligga 50 kilometre from Chamba on grazing land dispute. According to sources retired teacher Jagdev was in his field suddenly Dhruv deceased alongwith his animals came there. Jagdev and Dharuv came in exchange and then Jagdev fire a shot on Dhruv who expired on the spot.
On receipt of information police moved to the spot no one has been arrested so far.
