Ban on all types of construction on Mall Road Shimla approved

The Supreme Court has approved the HP state decision to ban all type of construction on Mall road Shimla. A bench of justice SB Sinha & Markandey Katju set aside an order of the HP High court allowing construction of a hotel in the mall road area. The core area of Shimla is declared as heritage zone.

    हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार शिमला माल रोड के आस पास निर्माण कार्य पर रोक लगाने के लिए बधाई की पात्र है | प्रदेश सरकार को पर्यावरण संरक्षण और प्राचीन धरोहरों की रक्षा के लिए ऐसे ही कडे कदम उठाने चाहिए | प्रदेश में वन्य प्राणीशरन्य स्थलों एंव वन्य प्राणी विहारों में भी कानून को सखती से लागू करने की आवश्यक्ता है |
