Shimla: Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal today, dedicated Kouna, Pihadi, Galoti, Lift Drinking Water Supply Scheme completed at a cost of Rs. 114.81 lakhs to the people of the area and Rain Water Harvesting Scheme, under watershed management programme, estimated to cost Rs. 31.15 lakh to the residents of Pihadi Gram Panchayat.
Himachal government is looking ahead to explore the possiblities to revive the Fina Singh Nehar Project for district Kangra, said Prof. Dhumal in a meeting at Pihari-Galoti.
The estimated cost of the report to strengthen the drinking water supply and irrigational facilities network in the district is valued at Rs. 147 crore.
