Chennai, April 30 (IANS) Southern actress Sharmiela Mandre is enjoying the beaches and gorging on seafood in Goa while shooting for Kannada remake of Tamil comedy “Goa”.
“I feel like I’m holidaying in Goa… I’m exploring a new restaurant everyday and having an overdose of seafood, sun and the beaches. Shooting has never been so much fun as it is here,” Sharmiela told IANS on the phone from Goa.
“Working with new team with so many actors is so much fun. Looking forward to many more days of fun shooting here,” she added.
She has been shooting for “Goa” for over a week now. The film is directed by Surya and also features Komal Kumar, Sriki, Tarun and Rachel in the key roles.
Sharmiela has been extensively travelling in the last few months. She shot in places such as Bangkok, Pollachi (Tamil Nadu) and now in Goa.
“I like travelling, but shooting in this hot summer in these places has been very challenging,” she said.
She is awaiting the release of forthcoming Telugu comedy “Kevvu Keka” opposite Allari Naresh in the lead.
She is likely to sign to a bilingual film soon.
