Shimla: MCQ type Entrance Test for Admission to Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (B.A.M.S.) Course in Rajiv Gandhi P.G. Ayuredic College Paprola (Kangra), and Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery (B.H.M.S) Course in Homeopathic Medical College & Hospital Solan will be conducted by Himachal Pradesh University on 23 June at Shimla and Dharamshala Examination Centers.
The information was revealed by Dr. Narendra Awasthi, Controller of Examinations (COE) here.
Dr Awasthi disclosed that the prescribed application form-cum-prospectus for this entrance test is available at H.P. University Examination enquiry-cum-sale Counter No.1. He informed that the prospectus can be purchased by the student on payment of Rs.1500/- for General & Other Categories and Rs.750/- for S.C./S.T. Categories candidates.
Dr Awasthi added students can also request for a prospectus to be delivered by post by writing in to the Deputy Registrar (Entrance Tests) Room No.10 (Ground Floor), HP University.
The written application for the prospectus should be accompanied with a crossed IPOs/Band Draft amounting to Rs.1600/- for General & other categories and Rs.850/- for S.C./S.T. categories candidates, drawn in favor of Finance Officer, HPU.
The request for obtaining the prospectus by post would be entertained only up to 16th May, 2013
Dr Awasthi said that 30th May, 2013 will be the last date for receipt of Application form complete in all respect.
