Shimla: Fossil Inc, the American fashion accessory giant has plans to set up a plant in Parwanno in Himachal Pradesh. This plant proposes to manufacture watches for top international brands such as DKNY, Diesel, and Emporio Armani and also for its inhouse brands Fossil and Relic.
