Islamabad : Asif Ali Zardari some days ago had suffered a stroke causing bleeding in his brain and facial paralysis , media reports said here .
Even as the Pakistani president’s office continues to downplay the incident . Zardari is currently in Dubai .
Media reports said Zardari may have to go for further treatment to London . He may also need treatment like speech therapy to resume his normal life .
Zardari is a high blood pressure patient and takes blood thinners .
