KUMARHATTI: A man has miraculous escape when a car carrying him rolled down into a deep gorge near Timber Trail Hotel on Kalka-Shimla national highway about 24-km from here last night. Sanjeev Kumar who hailed from Chandigarh was returning back from Dharampur in his Cielo car (CH-03 M-9521).
Near Timber Trail he lost control on car after a vehicle wrongly overtook him. Sanjeev could not notice the sharp curve ahead and landed the vehicle in a deep gorge. Luckily he received minor injuries though car was badly damaged in accident. Sanjeev lost conscience and remained inside the car during whole night. In the morning he gained conscience and somehow managed to pull himself out from badly damaged car.
The police was informed about incidence. Sanjeev received minor injuries on his head.
