Today, the upper reaches of the Dhauladhar ranges experienced the first spell of snowfall for the season, while the lower reaches were blessed with light showers. This gentle snowfall caused a slight drop in temperature in the picturesque hill station of Dharamsala and the entire Kangra valley. Both tourists and residents of Mecleodganj and Dharamsala breathed a sigh of relief from the long, hot, and humid weather that had persisted. Even the people residing in other parts of the foothill area of Dhauladhar felt the welcome decrease in temperature.
