Chandigarh: Not satisfied with the cabinet formation under the new chief minister Charanjit Singh Channi, state Congress president Navjot Singh Sidhu today (28.9.2021) tendered his resignation from the party position.

Making his resignation public on Twitter, Sidhu posted the resignation letter he shot off to national president Mrs Sonia Gandhi.
However, at the end of the letter, Sidhu stated that he would continue to work for the party.
