Dharamshala: Two IT Parks to be developed by Software Technology Park of India (STPI) are to come up in Himachal, Gokul Butail, IT Advisor disclosed here on Tuesday.
Butail said,”one IT park is proposed to come up at in Gaggal near Dharamshala a s the experts consider it to be the best place in Kangra valley that is close to an air port also. The second IT Park is proposed to be set up in Shimla district.”
He added that the formal announcement for setting up these IT Parks is likely to be made after the next cabinet meeting.
Butail said that new IT parks would boost entrepreneurship and the start up culture in Himachal which could attract many IT engineers who are working out side the state.

Himachal needs to focus more on forest area so that in long run it is good for climate and can control growing pollution and good for farming as well.
All the barren land should be converted to forests by growing more and more trees.
Thanks to the law which prevents people from other states to invest in Himcahal otherwise we would have seen rise of crony capitalism in this state as well where farmers are just doing the job of security guards on their own land and struggling for their survival.
