Shimla: Over 100,000 visitors came to a five-day exhibition, organised by the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry in partnership with the Himachal Pradesh tourism department, which concluded here today, event organisers said.
“The exhibition attracted more than 100,000 visitors. Home interiors, handicrafts, electronic goods and appliances, fashion accessories and fabrics were the main attractions,” the chamber’s regional director Dalip Sharma said in a statement.
Pakistani food was the major attraction for the visitors. Punjabi, Rajasthani and old Delhi delicacies were also relished by the visitors, he said.
“The event could be bigger with more representations from bigger brands and verticals but for the constraint of space in Shimla,” Sharma added.
