Lucknow, June 6 (IANS) Five people were killed and 15 injured Thursday when a speeding truck collided with a state transprt corporation bus near Bareilly, police said.
“The accident occurred on the Bareilly-Budayun state highway when the speeding truck rammed into a Bareilly depot bus,” Bareilly’s Senior Superintendent of Police Aakash Kulhari told IANS.
The dead have been identified as Sunayna, 8, Sakhsi, 10, and Kishanpal, the driver of the bus. Two others are yet to be identified.
The condition of two injured people is critical.
