Birmingham, June 16 (IANS) India beat arch-rivals Pakistan by eight wickets and 17 balls to spare via the Duckworth-Lewis method in their rain affected last Group B match and entered the semi-finals of the Champions Trophy as toppers here Saturday.
India achieved the rain revised target of 102 losing two wickets in 19.1 overs after Shikhar Dhawan struck 48 and Rohit Sharma 18.
Pakistan were all out for 165 runs in 39.4 overs after the match was reduced to a 40-over-per-side affair due to rain delay early in the innings.
