New Delhi, June 19 (IANS) Atul Singh, Coca-Cola’s president and CEO (India and Southwest Asia), will take over as deputy president (Pacific Group) from July 1, the company said Wednesday.
In his new role, he will have responsibility over the Greater China & Korea (GC&K) and India & Southwest Asia (INSWA) business units.
“Given the enormous growth opportunities in China, and the uniquely competitive beverage landscape, Atul’s focus will largely be on the Greater China and Korea Business Unit which also includes Taiwan, Mongolia and Hong Kong & Macau,” the company said in a statement.
Venkatesh Kini, currently senior vice president (Operations, India Region), will be elevated to deputy business unit president INSWA.
