Kolkata, May 23 (IANS) Two people have been arrested and fake Indian currency notes (FICN) with a face value of nearly Rs.4 lakh seized from them, police here said Thursday.
The duo, residents of Murshidabad district, were arrested Thursday night from this West Bengal capital by a special task force of the state police.
They have been booked for criminal conspiracy and possessing FICNs.
