Mexico City, April 8 (IANS) At least seven workers at one of Mexico’s leading breweries died after accidentally inhaling toxic fumes, a company representative said.
In a press release Sunday, Grupo Modelo brewery operations manager Francisco Javier Lopez Bravo said the workers apparently died while cleaning a cistern located next to a gas tank at one of its plants in the capital Mexico City.
Two of the seven victims were found at the site, he said, offering no information on the other five, reported Xinhua.
