New Delhi, April 30 (IANS) It was a sunny morning in the capital Tuesday with the minimum temperature settling at 24.3 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of year. The weather office has forecast a clear day ahead.
“A clear day lies ahead for the capital. The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 39 degrees Celsius,” an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was recorded at 52 percent.
Monday’s maximum temperature settled at 37.1 degrees Celsius, while the minimum was 24.8 degrees Celsius — both a notch above the season’s average.
