Los Angeles, April 6 (IANS) Singer-songwriter Britney Spears is said to have been spotted having a slight graze on her chin while she was grocery shopping with new boyfriend David Lucado.
Spears failed to cover up the mark and wore no make-up when she was on the outing Thursday. She was seen holding Lucado’s hands, reports thesun.co.uk.
The 31-year-old wore a baby pink t-shirt with leggings and fur-trimmed boots for the outing, scraping her blonde hair in a high ponytail and hiding her eyes behind dark sunglasses.
Lucado also kept it casual in checked board shorts, a t-shirt and a baseball cap, looking totally at ease in the company of his new love interest.
Even though Lucado works as a lawyer for a prestigious firm in California, and was introduced to her by her father Jamie, Spears reportedly made him sign a confidentiality agreement before she made their relationship public.
“Jamie has known Lucado for a while, and always thought he was a thoughtful, and an all-around good guy. Spears needed someone to keep her company after she broke up with Jason Trawick in January,” the source said.
“It had to be a male, because Spears just doesn’t respond as well to females. And remember, she is still under a conservatorship. Before Lucado started spending time with Spears, he had to undergo a background check, and sign a confidentiality agreement, all arranged by her dad. Jamie makes sure if things go south between him and Spears, details about her life wouldn’t be made public,” the source added.
“Lucado had absolutely no problem with it, and completely understood why it was being done,” said the source.
