Detroit, April 19 (IANS) Tito Jackson, brother of the late King Of Pop Michael Jackson, failed to turn up for a talent contest, leaving 200 Detroit kids disheartened.
“I paid Jackson $3,500 to judge the competition. The event was set for last weekend but Jackson was a no-show…no explanation, no nothing,” Darrell Strickland, who is the promoter and organizer of “This Is It Tito Jackson Talent Search”, told TMZ.
“Over 200 kids were there expecting to see Jackson and were all upset about him not being there. We really promoted this event and now that he didn’t show up, I want my money back,” he added.
